Mail client configuration

In order to access your mailbox, all users need to review their IMAP client configuration before Monday 24th July 9:30 am. There is a subtle change in the authentication method used by the server.

Configuration change is detailed here, and can be done right now. We recommend you proceed right away.

Please, remember to review your config across all your devices: workstation, laptop, smartphone, etc.

This config change is a preparation for the upcoming mailbox migration to new servers that will take place during the following weeks.

On Monday 24th there will probably be short IMAP service disconnections between 9:30 and 10 am. when promoting the new autentication method to production.
